LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM
- AED 1 spent = 1 Loyalty Point
- Loyalty points are calculated based on the invoice amount excluding VAT.
- Members become eligible for redemption upon reaching 1,000 points.
- Every 1,000 points can be redeemed for AED 25 as a discount on future invoices.
- Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Redeemed points will be deducted from the member’s loyalty balance.
BIRTHDAY REWARD PROGRAM
- During the member’s birthday month, loyalty points will be tripled.
- AED 1 spent = 3 Loyalty Points.
- Birthday reward applies to all eligible invoices generated during the member’s birthday month.
CUSTOMER REFERRAL REWARD
- Gold Members who successfully refer five (5) new customers who complete paid services with Penta Seiara Auto Repairing LLC will be upgraded to Platinum Elite Membership free of charge.
- Referred customers must be first-time customers of the company.
- Management reserves the right to verify all referrals.
ELIGIBILITY
A customer may qualify for Gold Care Membership if:
- A single invoice exceeds AED 5,000; OR
- The customer’s cumulative spending exceeds AED 5,000; OR
- Membership is awarded directly by the company management.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
2. Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered customer.
3. Benefits cannot be combined with insurance claims, fleet agreements, service contracts, promotional offers, vouchers, or any special discounted packages unless approved by management.
4. Free car washes are limited to two per calendar month and cannot be carried forward.
5. Free diagnostics include fault scanning and report generation only.
6. Emergency assistance is subject to operational availability.
7. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program without prior notice.
8. Management decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, referrals, and disputes shall be final.
